Pros
From my very first interview with Meredith I felt comfortable with Interlace Health. Most of the employees work remotely with all moving to remote during the pandemic. Company does a good job hosting All Company Meetings keeping the teams informed of current and future state. Weekly and monthly online meetings keep the teams involved and informed. The in person All Company Meeting really allows the teams to bond and is vital to the success of the company when most are working remotely. Coworkers are great and highly motivated to ensure client success. Great mentor for my onboarding and job training. I felt confident running my own projects in the first 3-4 mos from hire. The President is very personable making the company feel more like family than a job, which is evident by the tenure of the employees. Great people/coworkers elevate this company to be better than most. The Sales Team are rock stars and were very successful in bringing new business even during the past two years of covid when onsite visits were declined. Difficult task when working a room is their forte. Benefits and pay were satisfactory. Great work life balance. My manager Janet was great for me. She provided guidance when needed, but also didn't micro manage me which gave me the confidence to run my projects successfully. She provided great feedback during our 1:1s. Only left Interlace Health because I was offered a job with a salary I couldn't refuse! I definitely was sad to leave my team!
Cons
Didn't need the benefits (medical, dental or vision). Upon hire, I asked if my salary could be increased or extra vacation days in lieu of benefits to which I was declined.
