Growing company, receptive to new ideas, always looking to grow and change to remain competitive in the marketplace. Great work environment and a generous benefit package,

Cons

For employees in the headquarters, they cater lunch into the office twice a week - my waistline is paying for it! I wish they offered some sort of wellness reimbursement to counteract the food available.

Pros

Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

Cons

We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
