Pros

If you work hard and show you want to work your best they want you to be here. They appreciate the type of work you do and dedication vs just being a number but also understand you have families and think that's important too. Future is bright for the company and always adapting and developing the best way to move into Future with. A smaller company means you work directly with the managers and directors and executive team and they try and foster a company wide working together idea vs being in silos.

Cons

You won't get rich being here but always get a pay check and if you are valuable employee they will take care of you. Not all CEOs care this much about their employees.

Pros

Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

Cons

We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
