Pros

Small company atmosphere but w/ the leading market share in our space. Great benefits - 90% paid. Pretty nimble in market approach. High level of customer focus and working on new product enhancement requests from those customers. A lot of need for the solutions we sell!

Cons

Market we work in can be challenging given the change over the past 3-5 years but company has adjusted pretty well given the circumstances. Too many meetings.

Pros

Most of the employees are very tenured and knowledgeable. Good benefits.

Cons

We've been trying to modernize our technology for about 10 years and have yet to figure it out. The current technology is 35 years old and about to go the way of the dinosaur. New sales have been minimal for a number of years. "Leadership" brought in a load of fractionals which have proven very little value. Unfortunately, this ship is rapidly taking on water and nobody has a compass.
