ICC is an organization that truly cares about its employees and its members. It is a family friendly employer. Offers excellent benefits. ICC's staff and Board are dedicated to public safety; resilient communities; and the well being and health of people. Wonderful members and stakeholders devoted to I-Codes and to their professions. Great grassroots network. Collegial atmosphere. Loyal employees; very low turnover. An organization with integrity. A CEO who cares and knows his employees.

Cons

Time it takes to commute into DC due to congested roads in Northern Virginia and DC area!

Good non-profit to work for based on salary and other compensation.

Cons

Leadership is concerning. Unfortunately, there a very strong evangelical lean at the very top of leadership that may impact their decisions.
