Tough work environment - Product Development Engineer International Employee Review

Horrible work environment. High turnover rate. I have regrets that I took this job. Very stressful job that is ambiguous in job responsibilities. Upper management does not understand it's workers. Brown nosers are rewarded while talented engineers are not noticed. Good old boy network. Lost a lot of young talent due to slow promotions and low pay. There are definitely better opportunities out there. There are several people looking for jobs outside the company.
