      Great facility: cafeteria, fitness center, etc Peer group and people I work with on daily basis are great! Christmas shutdown! Good pay

      Too top heavy Good old boy network No loyalty to employees, bottom line is all that matters Silos -- no one works together and blames each other Constant re-org
