Project management often seems misguided, resulting in rushed/error-prone work and a lack of necessary overhead. Computer management can be frustrating to infuriating, and a lack of transparent leadership keeps teams guessing what they'll be doing in the near future. Chronic problems with inefficiency sometime seem to be improperly treated or ignored. The culture can also be somewhat dismal (depending on the team).
