Pros
•Opportunities to move around different groups and learn •Most people are nice and willing to help •Great huge facility with 2 gym2 on-site •New leadership team seems to have a clear vision on what they need to do •Holiday shut-down is great
Cons
•Sometimes it’s about who you know and how close you are with them if you want to move up fast •A lot of decisions came from higher up and they don’t necessary understand the impact of their decision on all the worker bees •Lots of changes within the company, which caused some insecurities among employees •Redundant processes among different groups – this may be eliminated with the new reporting structure
