Pros
New HQ has nice amenities and well located. People are generally friendly and enthusiastic about what they do. Perks like free entry to Morton Arboretum to enjoy outdoors are good, too.
Cons
Incredibly long hours at times and indecisive management. Hubris of former exec mgmt seems to be significant contributor to current difficulties. Matrix structure hard to navigate at times.
