Pros
Was a great place to work that still had its founding values, loaded with long term employees. Though the pay was below market rate, it had fantastic vacation time.
Cons
Has since turned into a "typical" corporation without adjusting it's pay and benefits to match. People who were rehired were then laid off again within months.
