Business Outlook
Pros
Great people. Overall culture is flexible when it comes to doctors appointments/working from home, etc. Potential opportunity if you know the right people and are willing to stick out the current business decisions.
Cons
Losing people quickly and not backfilling positions. While the work-life balance used to be a great advantage, it has deteriorated. All backfills have to be approved by the CEO, which makes for a slow process and little to no transition training when people leave.
