Good benefits but employees are very dispensible - Anonymous employee International Employee Review

Hiring process took almost 2 months. Constant chaos/change. Still trying to recover from previous Senior Management mistakes. Upper Management doesn't think thru the outcome of their decisions. Constant layoffs and people quitting. There is no loyalty to the employees, you are just a number. Based on what I viewed from other people, work/life balance is severely out of balance. People promoted to management with no training or management background.
