Pros
Easy commute for most people, full cafeteria, expansive gym facilities. Most people in middle management and below are great to work with.
Cons
Very little to no personal growth offered, no succession planning or mentoring for younger engineers. Employees are leaving on a daily basis, so their retention rate if extremely poor. Culture is still stuck in the 1950's - No women in SLT or on the board of directors.
