Pros

>Some excellent mid level managers. >Relatively young workers

Cons

>Absurdly high turnover(One engineer seems to quit every day and the position is not back filled) >Ridiculous work load balance(Certain groups have just insane work load and responsibilities while others have nothing at all to do and no responsibility. Oh and engineers in all these groups get paid the same...) >No reason to stand out and perform above and beyond what is needed because you will just be rewarded with more work and will not get recognized; only your failures are noted and not the success > Some absolutely clueless mid/high management; Unreasonable program deadlines and absolutely no resources. In conclusion the engineer's job in certain high stress and high work load groups seems to be set up to fail. The fact that the company has not simply folded boggles my mind.

Pros

- Has a cafeteria and Starbucks on site

Cons

- They are not a growing company, recently laid off about 400 people company wide due to financial reasons. There are more lay- offs to come. - There's no camaraderie, especially in Human Resources department. Everyone just goes right to there desk for 8 hours and then leaves for the day. No friendships or how was your weekend and, be aware, you will be thrown under the bus by others for them to get a leg up. - If you do not speak Spanish you will be terminated at some point. I was repeatedly told to start learning Spanish by my boss so she wouldn't have to speak English. I would also be in meetings where my boss and other coworker would start speaking Spanish knowing I couldn't understand what they were discussing and they would get annoyed when I would ask if they could speak in English during our meetings.
