Pros
The benefits are very good and the wide range of products they manufacture can make a career there interesting and engaging.
Cons
The company culture, constant down sizing and product quality. With the constant change it seemed like everything was always in flux. That made the work less rewarding and sometimes very difficult as you may be trying to hit a moving target.
