Pros
You can learn a lot about the automotive industry. People are great to work with. You can definitely meet some of the smartest and brightest minds in the industry
Cons
Senior management constantly changing the organization making employee in the lower tier hard to follow. It seems to be getting a little better since the change of CEO, yet it takes a long time to show the result still.
