Pros
Navistar, Inc. has a fantastic product line and is headed in the right direction. The employees are generally empowered to operate autonomously and are trusted to make the right decisions. The new relationship as part of the Traton Group will be a huge benefit in Navistar’s ability to bring forth an industry leading product and support network.
Cons
Not a lot to say here. I believe there are daily items that one could point to and say “this needs fixing” but also believe that the company is doing what it can right now to stay ahead of things.
