Pros
Benefits are really good and 401k matches after a few years. Pay is good for Tulsa, Ok. During the summer months you work a lot of 12 hour days.
Cons
Hot! No AC! You build 65 busses a day. Your body hurts. Management is horrible. HR is even worse. You are only a number. They have to have so many people there to build a bus.
