Poor management to the core - Machine Operator International Paper Employee Review

A lot of favoritism and HR fire the ppl they want and keep the ppl they like. Cant grow with the company if they see you good at something that keep you there and wont promote you. Only the fav gets promoted. Work 6 days a week for the last few months and sometimes no day off.
