Pros
I cant think of a single one. The pay isnt even that great now that you can go anywhere and make fifteen bucks an hour .. so .. they watch you pee now? Who doesnt like that?! And you get to pee twice because that's "always" been the policy and just noone knew .. right ..
Cons
I could go on all day .. not exaggerating. They're two faced, liars, back stabbers, thieves (better check your paychecks friends! More than likely theyve either taken money or extra psl hours .. or both). I honestly cant name a single good thing about the place. Even the few good supervisors there dont stand up for what's right when the rest of management are harassing and bullying someone so I just dont have any respect for then either. Still not exaggerating either. If one person decides they dont like you, you can be superman, the absolute best at ever job there that theyve ever seen, and it doesnt mean a damn thing. They (supervisors and higher management) will harass you and they will encourage the other supervisors to do the same. Theyll even go as far as lying about everything under the sun to get you or get people to help them get at you. Its sick.
