Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay for people just starting out. This company also has many unique opportunities and they give a lot back to the communities where the plants/mills are. Amazing work/life balance.
Cons
HR is atrocious across the board. I've never received a prompt email back from them. I've always had to follow up multiple times. There will be problems almost every month end close that nobody knows what to do with. Training for new hires could be better.
