      Good company vision. Great leadership, lots of availability to learn and grow. Great training progams and bebefits

      Cons

      Turnover rate is a little high. Always hiring new people in off the streets. all operations are now rotating 12hr shifts.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
