      -Shift work (7 days) -If your relief calls in, you have to stay 4-8 extra hours -No PTO or Sick time -Schedule can change every week All in all you have no family time, and do not make plans

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
