      I liked that the businesses are changing with the ever changing landscape. They have done a great job through the transformation year to set themselves up for the future. Good pay and opportunities. Cost of living in Memphis enables this to be a good opportunity for families.

      Cons

      You must want to live in Memphis, TN. This is where the corporate office is.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
