Lack of Communication-Interview - Anonymous employee International Paper Employee Review

I applied for a position and a month later received a call for an interview, after the interview I recived a call for 2nd interview and was told a decision would be made within 2-3 weeks ,I was told I was one of the 3 candidates for the final selection and I would be updated. I made an inquiry after a month becasue I had another interview lined up and was told that a decision still had not been made but that I would be notified one way or the other. I never got a call back to tell me one thing or the other. Out of courtesy to me taking the time to interview during odd hours of the day ,I should have been notified.
