No work/life balance - General Laborer International Paper Employee Review

Unorganized, most workers appear to be unhappy, supervisors are great but upper management needs changing, work nearly 6/7 days a week 12hrs a day all the time there, machines constantly breaking down and management expects instant start ups for old equipment some operators had bad attitudes.
