      Pros

      If you enjoy maintenance, this place is a mechanical engineer's dream. IP also pays very well and is hiring young engineers.

      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist if you want to be succesful. No "real" engineering. Expect to run crews, troubleshoot, and implement preventative maintenance strategies.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
