      Good company to work for. Care about their people. Very sustainable company. Competitive almost comprehensive medical plan.

      Cons

      Education level of supervisors not as high as it should be. Hiring of associates and managers takes at least 3 months. Difficult interview process for current employees.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
