      great people and great pay! Full benefits and 401k, over all great place to work and build a career

      aside from it being very hot in the summer months I really have no complaints, we are well taken care of

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
