Pros
Good health insurance, 401k plan, Profit sharing when goals met, almost never have to work weekends, less people in the department leading to a family atmosphere
Cons
Sometimes feel unappreciated, make less than other storerooms at other mills, emphasis on safety sometimes feels like too much pressure, too much preference of people with degrees over experienced employees. Not as much overtime available as other departments
