good pay most employees were good to work with

Management rushed training thru because they didn't have an operator then wondered why their numbers were down?? wonder why? supervisors are not connected to employees and only want numbers. Union, has its good and bad, the bad is they have an employee who is protected by the union they need to get rid of, even the union members no this employee does not get along with others. Lots of overtime when your a new employee sometimes its not necessary but supervisors like testing new employees.
