Pros
Good company with good pay and benefits.
Cons
Chances for minority groups are limited at the plant level. Long hours in production with very little notice to employee. Some advancement in floor production are based on experience with no consideration on leadership or people skills. Very limited chance for advancement. Majority of plant leadership department head positions are white dominated and recruited from out of town.
