      Salary in area was good.

      Cons

      Safety violations everywhere. Employees get hurt. Huge drive to location as in remote area. If one minute late will account as an occurrence. An employee passed out while working due to heat and still counted as an occurance. .

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
