raises are minimal and non-negotiable (about 2%). they do not keep up with inflation and it is very difficult to achieve an exceeds expectations evaluation. most of the current employees have been there for decades and are set in their ways resulting in some outdated practices and difficulty growing within the plant unless you will work without the proper compensation.
