      Work 26 weeks off 26 weeks

      Cons

      The insurance sulks. The work is not hard. The equipment is raggedy and management sulks. They talk safety but they’re all about numbers. You can’t get those numbers working with raggedy equipment and maintenance and EIs can’t fix.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
