      Lots of change if you don't like things just wait a couple months and things will be different, maybe not better but different.

      Cons

      There is a revolving management, and you will be chancing each of their new sets of goals as they pass through.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
