      Decent Pay for the city.

      It's a large Corporation, so greed at the top is going to happen. Employees will come second to that, but that's with most large corporations.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
