      Only employed for 2 years and the cutbacks have now rendered me unemployed. Company leadership seems unstable Poor data integrity Travel commitments were excessive

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
