      good pay, nice people on site.

      Really bad upper management Heartless HR Closed our Mill within 6 months of me being hired If I could make worklife balance a 0 star I would. They act as if you live to work

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
