Pros
The benefits here are great with the exception of the health insurance, It's a little expensive, especially for single EE. But everything else is pretty awesome.
Cons
If you want to work for unskilled managers who lack empathy, emotional intelligence, who like to micromanage, and are reactive instead of proactive...here's your place. They also do not promote from within unless they like you.
