Pros

The best part of working at Internews is the people it attracts - the overwhelming majority of Internews employees I know are truly interested in the work, are experts in their fields, and bring unique qualifications that I think are rare and hard to find. So the culture is one of hard work and passion, but in my experience, not overwhelming or high pressure, or filled with toxic personalities. People are generally kind and understanding.

Cons

Workload does vary by department; I think some departments probably have more stress/urgency than I've experienced.

Pros

Decent work life balance sometimes

Cons

Lack of decisiveness from program leadership. People working together too long would rather be friends than colleagues
