Good culture, but avg commission and bonus per month is $150 - Account Manager Interstate Batteries Employee Review

Base salary for sales folks is $37,000. They said I could earn 50k my first year. I'm one of the producers and avg monthly bonus amout to only $0 to $125, that is not enough to live on. Total compensation first year is around $40k and you have to kill your numbers to get that money. I sold $26,000 my first month on the job and my commission and bonus total was $200. Who can live on that? Not what I was told when hired.
