      Good company, solid but not great benefits, positive work environment. Growth opportunity in most departments. This is a company on the move through mergers and acquisitions.

      Internal resources not keeping up with growth. Lack of leadership in some departments. Old-school industrial business, not tech savvy.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
