Pros

They had a decent 4 week training. Perks in the form of gift cards and/or on holidays, merit achievements, etc. Offered benefits from Day 1. Pretty great benefits. Pay was average-competitive for position.

Cons

Almost every day, I received an email that someone had been fired. Many of these individuals I'd email/called/worked with just the day before. LOTS of favoritism in upper management. CSRs aren't appreciated at all and most of the sales reps I dealt with didn't know how to do their job (or didn't want to) which made mine that much more difficult. Very unstable job, no checks and balances, no opportunity for growth.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

Cons

Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
