Pros
The work environment was like working with my family and that is what made it a good place to work, management at our plant worked with employees and tried to make everything fair and even, and the benefits were good compared to other manufacturing facilities around us.
Cons
The work environment was very unstable at times because of competition from other companies, management was not on the same page as others and did look out for the benefit of their employees.
