      Safety and sustainability are central goals. Good pay based off of experience and always encouraging to continually improve the workplace.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
