      I called to check on background and what PPE was needed to start and my offer was revoked because the HR lead was on vacation and said I was pretty much annoying them.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
