Great coworkers, knowledgeable and friendly.
Cons
No consistent schedule. 5 days, 6 days, hard swing, soft swing, you have no set rotation. And the schedule comes out Thurday. And it usually changes by Friday or even Saturday. Management is either clueless, or is just trying to chase people out the door. Which, given that it's contract season, and they HATE negotiating, it's probably the latter.
