      Lots of great people to work with. We are given autonomy to do your job, and I have a great manager.

      Now private equity held, and the expected changes are starting to happen.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

      Cons

      Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
